Hot tub and glass-walled sauna with view by river
The wood-fired hot tub in the cottage yard invites you to relax, and right by the river, a glass-walled sauna awaits, offering a magnificent view of the river. In front of the sauna is a dock from which you can take a dip in the refreshing water. The river flows gently, and swimming is pleasant—no blue-green algae has been observed in the area. You can travel by boat along the river all the way to the sea via the Struka canal lock.

Accommodation in two buildings – for total of 8 people
The cottage consists of two separate buildings: a 65 m² main building and a 15 m² small cottage, with a total of 8 beds (+ extra mattresses as needed). Both cottages have their own bedroom and bathroom. Upon arrival, you can bring your own linens and towels or easily reserve them through us. Upon departure, the property must be cleaned either by yourself or by booking through us.

At the Kivikoski rental cottage, you can enjoy an authentic Finnish cottage atmosphere. The cottage features a wood-fired sauna and a heat-storing fireplace, which provide warmth and a peaceful atmosphere all year round. The gentle steam of the sauna and the crackling of the fire make your cottage vacation relaxing and cozy.
🌿Outdoor areas and activities
Terraces and Fire Pit: Terraces and outdoor seating are available. At the edge of the forest, there is a semi-open log barbecue hut with a fire pit. A gas grill is available on the terrace.
Boating and fishing: A rowboat is included in the rental; the river is suitable for fishing and rowing.
Swimming dock and wading area: A swimming dock and a small sandy wading area for the little ones. At the end of the dock, there is a rocky natural bottom. Depth 1 m—do not jump!

If you wish, you can bring a pet to the cottage. Please notify us of this when making your reservation. The pet fee is €10/day per pet.

Cottage is suitable for year-round use
The log cabin at Kivikoski is perfect for vacations and stays all year round. The river often remains open until the end of December, and what could be more wonderful than taking a dip in the refreshing river water after the warmth of the riverside sauna? The hot tub is also available year-round. The river is often frozen in January, but if you wish, you can cut a hole in the ice at the end of the dock.
